Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to gauge clients' needs effectively.

• Work collaboratively with clients to create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that honor their specific goals, preferences, and cultural contexts.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various formats, such as individual sessions, couples counseling, family therapy, and group workshops.

• Provide crisis intervention services and liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care, particularly for clients facing acute mental health crises.

• Accurately document clinical information, maintaining up-to-date progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.

• Educate clients and their families about managing mental health conditions effectively, equipping them with coping strategies and resources.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure holistic care and support for patients.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to maximize effectiveness and address evolving client needs.

• Stay informed on current mental health trends, research, and best practices, integrating this knowledge into your clinical work to enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, with the final compensation dependent on experience, skills, and geographic location.
