Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment for clients, such as discussing case notes, utilizing shared electronic health records, and coordinating treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and encouraging active involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Evaluate clients’ progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing assessment and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds dealing with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n
