Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children enrolled in the program, focusing on physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to meet each child's unique needs.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as a member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring all interventions align with best practices.
\n
• Provide hands-on support to families, guiding them through the early intervention process and offering educational resources to bolster their child's development.
\n
• Comply with all relevant Federal and State regulations regarding social work practices.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop rapport with children and families, creating a nurturing learning environment.

• Adopt a coaching model, incorporating Natural Learning Environment Practices to support children in their everyday contexts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be children from birth to three years who have disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will play a critical role in shaping their developmental trajectory during these formative years, ensuring they gain essential skills to thrive. This position also emphasizes collaborating closely with families to empower them during the therapeutic process, recognizing that parental involvement is vital to achieving successful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Active licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Department of Public Health.

• At least one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings is required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
