Weekend/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in North Carolina. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice. Compensation This is a fee‑for‑service (W2) position; compensation ranges up to $26,700. Total compensation includes a flat rate and two bonus opportunities, with ranges varying based on completed session volume and licensure. Qualifications All eligible candidates must hold one of the following independent licenses in North Carolina:

LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Experience diagnosing required. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week. Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support). Candidates who may be looking to grow into leadership roles or supervisory positions.
