Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, medication management, and positive behavioral support frameworks.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment processes are fully recorded.
\n
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans based on individual client needs.
\n
• Engage actively in the clinic’s licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
\n
• Function as a liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure seamless access to resources for clients.
\n
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to uphold the clinic’s mission and promote service delivery standards.
\n
• Build and sustain relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to advocate for our programs and explore new partnership opportunities.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities to enhance personal expertise and agency representation.
\n
• Advocate for and embody the mission, values, and principles of the organization in all aspects of your work.
\n
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our programs.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking support for emotional and behavioral challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and recovery from brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required for this position.

• The candidate must possess an Independent LMHC license to practice in Massachusetts or be willing to obtain licensure with the support of the clinic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
