Key Qualifications:

• Valid Educator Certification in Special Education required
• Experience with K-2 population, especially in inclusive and resource settings
• Strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders and behavioral intervention strategies
• Comfortable managing caseloads of up to 20 students with varying needs
• Skilled at delivering both push-in and pull-out services
• Strong communication and collaboration with colleagues and families

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction for K-2 students
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to unique student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Adapt curriculum and activities for students with Autism and varied learning needs
• Maintain thorough student records and progress documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and professional development
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines

This role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, 7:40am – 3:20pm, for a total of 35 hours per week. Your skills will be valued within a single campus dedicated to helping students succeed.
