Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders both in virtual sessions and during community visits to provide immediate and effective support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and contribute to common team goals.
\n
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, tailoring interventions to suit individual client needs while adhering to best practices and developmental appropriateness.

• Create, implement, and manage integrated care plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on prevention, treatment, and recovery services.

• Participate in crisis interventions as needed, evaluating situations and determining appropriate responses to support client safety.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, adapting strategies as necessary to foster optimal recovery.

• Document interactions and outcomes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, including timely completion of reports and data submission.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring clients have continued access to care.

• Engage in quality improvement committees to enhance agency service delivery and foster innovative practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience.
