High-volume hospitality destination is seeking an experienced Executive Che f to lead and elevate its culinary operations. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a creative, hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about menu innovation, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Executive Chef Responsibilities Lead all culinary operations, including daily food production, catering, and private event execution. Develop innovative menus, seasonal offerings, and culinary concepts while maintaining consistency and profitability. Oversee purchasing, inventory, food costs, kitchen systems, and operational efficiency. Build, mentor, and support kitchen teams while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. Partner with leadership to grow the culinary program and deliver exceptional experiences across both daily service and special events. Executive Chef Requirements Proven culinary leadership experience as an Executive Chef, Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar role in a high-volume environment. Strong expertise in menu development, catering, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations. Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain). Demonstrated ability to create scalable kitchen systems, recipes, and production processes. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Executive Chef Benefits $Up to $35,000 in performance-based bonus incentives. Health insurance and Paid Time Off (PTO).
