Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate each client’s unique mental health and substance abuse needs, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessment findings, ensuring that they align with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets compliance standards and reflects the progress of client treatment.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer specialists, to ensure integrated care that addresses all aspects of the client's well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive crisis management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Rebirth Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
