Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments to evaluate patient conditions, functional abilities, and limitations, using evidence-based methods and diagnostic tools.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Administer hands-on therapy utilizing manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Educate patients and their family members about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing health and wellness.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting changes accurately and adjusting treatment plans as needed based on observed outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers—physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff—to ensure holistic and coordinated care for every patient.
• Ensure the timely and accurate maintenance of medical records in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Stay abreast of advances in physical therapy practices, actively participating in continuing education and integrating new techniques into your therapeutic repertoire.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with an up-to-date CPR certification.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or related healthcare fields, showcasing progressive responsibilities and clinical expertise.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, reflective of experience and skill level.
