Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, identifying their physical condition, limitations, and goals for therapy.

• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and design personalized intervention strategies that include therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Instruct patients on the correct usage of therapeutic exercises, enhancing their understanding of proper techniques to maximize recovery.
• Deliver treatments such as manual therapy, therapeutic massage, and electrical stimulation to stimulate healing and promote tissue repair.
• Assist patients with adaptive equipment such as walkers and wheelchairs, ensuring safe mobility and independence in daily activities.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and document progress toward rehabilitation goals, ensuring accountability and accurate reporting.
• Educate patients and their families about in-home treatment options and exercises, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care, ensuring all treating parties have access to vital patient information.

Qualifications
