Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, assessing their physical capabilities and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly document treatment activities and patient progress, ensuring that electronic health records are up to date to facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Reassess patients' conditions periodically, adjusting treatment goals and plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on home care strategies and the proper use of assistive devices to promote self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Physical Therapist is required, new graduates are welcome to join our mentorship program designed to support recent graduates in their professional journey.
