Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, taking into account medical history and individual goals to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as electric stimulation, ultrasound, and therapeutic exercise to promote recovery and improve functional outcomes.
• Continually monitor and document the progress of patients throughout the course of treatment, making adjustments as needed to optimize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive and coordinated care to patients.
• Educate patients and their families on self-management techniques and home exercises to enhance recovery and reduce the risk of re-injury.
• Maintain accurate records and effective communication regarding patient care and progress to ensure high-quality treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Physical Momentum Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including those suffering from post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain disorders, and mobility impairments. Qualifications

• A valid and active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated proficiency in physical therapy evaluation and intervention techniques with comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to build rapport with patients effectively and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

• This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
