Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing clinical outcomes and addressing any outlier cases by collaborating with your fellow therapists.
• Enhancing clinical workflows to optimize patient capture along with the processing of referrals and scheduling.
• Implementing individualized therapy plans that prioritize early intervention and same-day evaluations to maximize recovery.
• Creating a professional and collaborative environment that promotes teamwork, quality patient outcomes, and safety.
• Partnering with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to pinpoint opportunities for clinical improvement and to enhance overall service delivery.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through ongoing communication and engagement efforts.
• Proficiently using clinical systems to ensure efficient documentation, optimal coding levels, charge capture, and adherence to all patient care orders.
• Ensuring compliance with the Florida State Practice Act, Rules and Regulations, and Workers' Compensation Regulations.
• Driving patient experience and satisfaction metrics by consistently delivering exceptional care.
• Demonstrating all components of the Physical Therapy Guidebook and ensuring each patient visit adheres to best practices.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.
• Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving abilities, utilizing logic to identify critical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Outstanding customer service skills, showing tact and professionalism when interacting with patients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience
