Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients both in-office and in community settings, using evidence-based practices.

• Establish therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and support in their recovery process.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including brief evaluations and comprehensive diagnostic screenings, to identify client needs and formulate treatment plans.

• Leverage technology and clinical management systems to track client progress and manage caseload documentation efficiently.

• Implement integrated care plans, coordinating with families and other health professionals to ensure clients receive holistic care.

• Engage in crisis intervention and management as needed, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and client progress, contributing insights and sharing best practices.

• Monitor clients' treatment plans and adjust interventions based on evolving client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and legal statutes throughout the delivery of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
