Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations for clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards in accordance with the counseling profession.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
