Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations, assessing patients' mental health statuses, needs, and goals to formulate effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and update personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and continual assessment of patient progress.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and transitional groups to equip patients with coping strategies, promoting resilience and self-management in their mental health journeys.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as required, deploying suicide prevention techniques and effective management strategies during critical situations.

• Monitor the clinical needs of your caseload, engaging in regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure the efficacy of treatment and adapt approaches as necessary.

• Document patient interactions and progress meticulously in compliance with both clinical standards and state regulations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to provide insights and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies for patients.

Qualifications\n
