Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and, when necessary, develop diagnoses using established diagnostic tools such as the DSM-5 to evaluate individual patient needs.

• Continuously monitor and assess the progress of each patient, making adjustments to treatment strategies as required to ensure optimal mental health outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards utilizing current technological tools.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans with patients and their support systems, addressing their unique goals and desired outcomes.

Qualifications\n
