Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Fusion Wellness Center, you will be responsible for a variety of integral functions:

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy, confidentiality, and accuracy are always upheld.

• Engaging in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and educational staff, to create an integrated support system for students.

• Participating in peer review meetings and case discussions to enhance care quality while promoting a culture of continuous learning.

• Educating students and their families about mental health challenges, discussing treatment options, and connecting them with community resources to support their wellness journey.

You will be working primarily with children and adolescents in a school setting.
