Executive Assistant to the Superintendent

Position: Executive Assistant to the Superintendent Central Office - Office Coordinator Location: CENTRAL OFFICE of the Guilford Public Schools Description/Summary: A non-certified, non-bargaining unit, 12-month position that reports directly to the Superintendent of Schools. This fast-paced position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong people skills, a high level of confidentiality, strong communication and writing skills, ability to multi-task, ability to make decisions and work independently. Responsible to: Superintendent of Schools Work Period: Full year, 8 hours per day, non-union position with benefits (8-hour day will include 30-minute unpaid lunch) Starting Date: September 21, 2026 Closing Date: Open until filled Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 as determined by the Superintendent based on qualifications and level of experience.
