Key Account Manager - Medical Devices (Italy)

- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare-related industries
- Experience with endoscopy or surgical devices is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of hospital environment and purchasing processes in Italy
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel within Italy as required - Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Italy
- Identify business opportunities and support the implementation of local sales strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital accounts and distribution partners
- Support and coordinate with local distributors to ensure effective market coverage and business growth
- Promote company products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and relevant stakeholders
- Support sales processes including product presentations, quotations, and tender participation
- Organize and support product demonstrations, workshops, and local events
- Collaborate with medical professionals to enhance product adoption and clinical awareness
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and business objectives in the Italian market
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular market feedback
