Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, supporting a flexible work-life balance while also requiring occasional engagement with colleagues and clients through our outpatient office. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to collaborate with team members, enhancing the quality of mental health interventions provided.

• Implement therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Educate and guide patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, fostering a comprehensive understanding and supportive environment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records to guarantee compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client privacy and trust.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in the mental health field, continuously incorporating new knowledge into practice to improve client outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues ranging from acute crises to chronic mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with advanced degrees in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology strongly preferred.

• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is required.

• The annual salary ranges between USD 100,000 to 120,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
