Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Assessing clients’ needs through thorough evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans to address their goals and challenges.

• Utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals within the team to provide comprehensive and holistic care to clients, including case discussions and coordinated treatment approaches.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress within our electronic health record system, adhering to best practices in confidentiality and reporting.

Your practice will focus on diverse populations, including couples facing communication issues, families dealing with conflict, and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
