Work Environment

This position is designed for an onsite role within our vibrant outpatient office facility. Operating weekdays from Monday through Friday, the role entails a 40-hour workweek, allowing for a structured environment where therapists can excel and collaboratively provide patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the needs of each patient, formulating effective treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions.
• Implement and modify therapeutic programs for a diverse patient demographic, ensuring evidence-based practices are applied consistently.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and rehabilitation specialists, to optimize patient outcomes and recovery timelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, complying with legal and ethical standards while contributing to ongoing treatment assessments.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, exercises, and home care strategies to promote healing outside of therapy sessions.
• Meet organizational goals related to patient utilization, efficiency, and satisfaction, proactively adjusting practices to meet these targets.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse range of patient types, primarily focusing on orthopedic cases, but also encompassing pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. You will encounter a variety of conditions from post-surgical rehabilitation to acute injury management. Our patient-centered approach ensures that every person receives comprehensive care tailored to their unique needs, enhancing their recovery and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience focusing on orthopedic therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective patient interactions.
• Proficiency in computer applications relevant to documentation and patient management.
• Strong interpersonal skills that promote positive relationships with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience in physical therapy is required, candidates with hands-on experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation or advanced orthopedic practices will find their backgrounds highly beneficial. Compensation and Benefits
