Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing themes such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing mental health services to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, particularly those who face barriers to receiving care. We address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use issues, trauma, and relationship challenges. By prioritizing client-centered care, we work to empower our clients to achieve their personal mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical treatment setting.

• A robust understanding of legal and ethical guidelines pertinent to mental health practice.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The offered salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
