Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, utilizing standardized screening tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, tailoring interventions to meet each student's unique psychosocial needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other relevant school personnel to advocate for and implement effective mental health strategies within the educational setting.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date documentation of clinical interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated training or experience in mental health counseling, particularly with school-aged clients.

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
