Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy using evidence-based approaches for individuals, families, and groups.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records, complying with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of mental health trends.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience is required, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field is essential.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, in addition to a generous sign-on bonus.
