Strategic Partner Manager - Payments

What You’ll Do Strategic Ownership: Build deep, trust‑based relationships with executive decision‑makers, advocating partner needs internally. Go‑To‑Market Architecture: Collaborate with Product and Marketing to design and deploy GTM playbooks for new integrations and market expansions that move the needle. Frictionless Experience: Partner with Product and Client Success to eliminate friction in the merchant onboarding journey, ensuring fintech integrations are world‑class from day one. Data‑Driven Growth: Define key KPIs, track metrics to drive adoption and revenue, and pivot strategies when necessary. Force Multiplier: Mentor and coach the team, sharing wins and strategies to foster continuous improvement. Long‑Term Vision: Plan and control balanced revenue growth with a multi‑year lens, ensuring partnerships scale sustainably. Who Are You 5+ years in account or partner management in SaaS, experienced with large enterprise organizations and navigating complex structures. Proven track record of hitting revenue quotas in mid‑market or enterprise environments. Builder mindset: improve processes rather than just follow them. High‑stakes communicator: poised under pressure, capable of leading executive stakeholder rooms or deep collaboration with product teams. Scrappy & action‑oriented: identify gaps and build plans to fix them. Cross‑functional influence: experience working directly with Product/Engineering to shape technical roadmaps. AI‑augmented: using tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to draft content, synthesize data, and enhance productivity. Preferred: payments enthusiast with curiosity about processor economics and fintech stacks. Travel: Ability to travel domestic/international up to 15% of the time. Location: Based in Austin, TX (HQ) preferred; remote candidates in North America accepted. Compensation: Base + Commission: $161,000.00–$221,000.00 USD.
