Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, identifying social determinants of health and setting achievable treatment goals.

• Provide personalized one-on-one counseling to address a variety of mental health and psychosocial issues, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your interventions.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions focusing on common mental health issues, promoting peer support, education, and collective healing.
\n
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly updating them based on client progress and therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Deliver timely crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, safety planning, and connecting clients with emergency resources when necessary.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and assist them in navigating healthcare and community services, ensuring they access the support they need.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical mandates, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus.
