Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients' conditions to identify functional limitations and disabilities, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.
• Developing comprehensive treatment plans based on the evaluation results, incorporating evidence-based practices to optimize patient recovery.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, closely monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve clinical goals.
• Engaging in effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment plans, progress, and discharge planning.
• Documenting all patient interactions, treatments provided, and patient assessments according to regulatory and facility standards.
• Providing consultations to other healthcare providers, ensuring the continuity of care across different healthcare settings.
• Participating in community outreach programs and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
