Key Responsibilities

In your role, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine patient needs and set recovery goals.
• Design and implement personalized exercise regimens and rehabilitation programs for patients.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization for pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. You will be utilizing Direct Access practices, allowing for immediate assessment and intervention, which enhances patient compliance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• A minimum of 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in soft tissue mobilization techniques.
• Demonstrated ability in assessment and treatment in a Direct Access environment.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience is required, we also value additional qualifications such as:

• Experience in a variety of orthopedic specialties, including but not limited to post-operative care or sports rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and current rehabilitation methodologies.
• Strong communication skills that foster patient engagement and education.

Compensation and Benefits
