Work Environment

Our clinic operates from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to individual goals and needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy and modalities based on solid clinical reasoning, ensuring each session promotes recovery and mobility.
• Maintain an appropriate caseload to allow for quality interaction and individualized attention for each patient.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, continually assessing their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Develop and guide fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique requirements of patients, focusing on aspects like strength, flexibility, and balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation through our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, particularly utilizing WebPT for efficient record-keeping.
• Actively engage with patients to motivate and empower them throughout their rehabilitation, emphasizing lifestyle modifications that support long-term health.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Physical Therapy, with completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
