Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, where you will engage directly with patients in our rehabilitation facility. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient evaluations and develop tailored care plans that reflect each patient's unique goals and treatment needs.
• Conduct assessments using evidence-based methodologies to measure therapeutic outcomes effectively.
• Deliver high-quality orthopedic outpatient care, demonstrating expertise in various manual therapy techniques and exercise prescriptions.
• Engage with patients actively, motivating them throughout their journey while teaching them about the importance of strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities to enhance patient recovery, reducing the reliance on surgical interventions or medications.
• Maintain comprehensive records of patient progress and treatment plans using EMR software such as Web PT, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Refine treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families on lifestyle modifications and home exercise programs to reinforce rehabilitation goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will primarily focus on outpatient clients, many of whom are referred for rehabilitation after surgery, injury, or chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with diverse populations, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients striving to regain mobility and independence. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and background.
