Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the physical conditions of patients, which include reviewing medical histories, performing specific assessments, and devising treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engage in open communication with patients and their families by explaining evaluation results and collaboratively setting achievable goals.
• Implement and modify treatment protocols based on ongoing evaluations and patient progress, staying informed on current best practices in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care, recognizing signs that require adjustments to treatment or specialized referrals.
• Document patient care meticulously, including initial evaluations, treatment progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage time effectively to meet patient productivity expectations while maintaining an organized work schedule.
• Contribute to the clinic's goals by participating in departmental initiatives and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
