Administrative Assistant

Six/Ten llc is hiring an ambitious worker that is organized and self-starter for a Full Time on site Administrative Assistant position. 2 years experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Microsoft 365 experience REQUIRED!
Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills.
Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.
Reliable Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and basic office organization.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendars) and comfort learning new systems.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service mindset, with a friendly, respectful, and solutions-oriented approach to working with others.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or experience in office administration is beneficial.
Previous experience in an office, retail, or service-oriented environment preferred.
Job Duties:
Filing
Post office and bank runs.
Emailing and Mailing invoices
Organize payments for processing, voucher, and matching checks to back up.
Office supplies/inventory/Kitchen
Certificate of insurance verification
Meter Readings
Answering Phones
Plus others
