Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in work-life balance while maintaining professional commitments. Our team operates primarily from the comfort of their homes, engaging in telehealth sessions that accommodate the needs of our patients. The role requires adherence to best practices in digital communication and maintaining patient confidentiality through electronic health record (EHR) systems. The core work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+ clients, and immigrants. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
