Key Responsibilities\n

• Advocate for clients by helping them access essential community resources, social services, and support systems to enhance their holistic well-being.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during emergency situations, ensuring client safety and stability.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, including records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to the highest legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff—to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Educate clients on coping strategies, effective communication skills, and self-care techniques to empower them in managing their mental health challenges independently.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and networking activities to strengthen referral resources and establish meaningful partnerships within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
