Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand students’ emotional and psychological needs and design individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based intervention strategies.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to address the unique challenges faced by each student.

• Document all clinical encounters meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely updates to patient records and maintaining confidentiality.

• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams, which include school personnel and mental health professionals, to coordinate and optimize service delivery for each student.

• Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations and supervision that enrich professional development and improve the quality of therapeutic interventions offered.

Qualifications\n
