Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote working experience, providing flexibility and convenience while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Employees work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, focusing on their clients' needs while collaborating virtually with fellow team members. Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans that address those needs.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in regular training and clinical supervision opportunities to enhance professional skills and therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations in every aspect of client interactions.

• Stay current with advancements in therapy methodologies and mental health trends to ensure effective practice.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately, facilitating open communication with clients and other health care providers.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base includes individuals facing various psychological challenges, couples experiencing relational difficulties, and families navigating complex dynamics. Most clients are seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As an LMFT at Soul Restoration, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in developing coping strategies, improving communication skills, and fostering healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• An active Oregon license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working in a therapeutic setting with diverse populations.
\n
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and comfortable with virtual communication technologies.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
\n
• Technical skills necessary to utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar settings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Previous experience conducting teletherapy sessions is a plus.
