Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans that promote their well-being.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing a variety of proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), adjusted to align with each client's unique situation and preferences.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to support clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to mental health support at their convenience.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to uphold our commitment to professionalism and care quality.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may be facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor with a non-judgmental approach to clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Competitive annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
