Compensation

• Year 1 Expected Earnings → $85,000- $95,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking New York-based sales hunters to work with the largest CRE firms and manufacturers in the country.

While this role begins as a remote-first position, you will help anchor our local presence as we prepare to launch our New York City office by 2027.

Objectives of this Role

• Set exploratory meetings with prospective commercial real estate clients in order to source opportunities for your VP of Sales
• Learn about the commercial real estate and energy procurement industries

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Grow your network to create more new customer opportunities
• Qualify companies to see if they are a good fit for our target market
• Make 300+ cold calls per week
• Cold email prospective customers
• Book 2-3 meetings per week
• Sit in on Exploratory meetings with Account Executives
