Job Description Represent clients in complex commercial, business, and civil litigation matters. Manage cases through all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial and appeal. Draft persuasive motions, briefs, discovery, and legal memoranda. Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances. Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced trial attorneys. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Perform legal research and analyze sophisticated legal issues. Contribute to a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional client results. Qualifications 2+ years of litigation experience. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities. Outstanding academic credentials. Experience in business litigation or federal court is highly preferred. Federal judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred. Experience at a law firm or comparable public sector litigation practice is preferred.
