Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other recognized practices to address mental health concerns.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Participate proactively in regular team meetings and collaborative discussions to share insights and strategies for enhanced therapeutic practices.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in immediate distress or experiencing mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of adult clients, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Your role will involve addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties, ensuring that every individual receives personalized and compassionate care. Furthermore, since our sessions are often funded by schools, you will have the opportunity to focus entirely on delivering therapy without the added burden of billing insurance, allowing for a streamlined therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active state license permitting unsupervised practice in mental health therapy (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD).

• A clean record with no disciplinary actions from any licensing board in any jurisdiction.

• Strong writing and documentation skills for effective communication and session logging.

• Willingness to maintain licensure through ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations is required, with preference given to candidates who possess expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based practices. Additionally, proficiency in intake assessments, mental health diagnoses, and treatment planning is highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary range from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
