Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on best practices and tailored interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and other modalities to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring clear and timely updates to treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care efforts and optimize client support, including referrals to additional services as necessary.

• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews that promote a culture of continuous improvement within our practice.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health topics relevant to their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
