Administrative Assistant III - THRIVE

Position will be located in the Thrive Department Position # 30031461
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Courses in typing, office practices, and office management are preferred.
- Three (3) years of increasingly responsible clerical or secretarial experience, or any combination or training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities.
- Pass the District Exam.
Application Packet:
- Copy of High school diploma or equivalent.
- If you have taken the exam for Administrative Assistant III with a passing score of 70% within the last two years, Human Resources will verify your testing score and you will not need to take the District exam for this position. (Testing scores are good for two years from the original testing date.). If you have not taken the exam, HR will schedule testing soon.
