Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Journey, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, stability, and treatment plans, adjusting as necessary.

• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a wide range of clients, including adults and children facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency with technology, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and specific software tools relevant to telehealth practice.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy to individuals and families, demonstrating adaptability to their unique needs.

• Comfort with performing intake assessments and managing client documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with experience in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
