Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored mental health services. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients, focusing on personal development and emotional health.

• Encouraging open discussions with clients about their thoughts, feelings, and past experiences to facilitate self-discovery and personal insight.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults who have low acuity mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.

• Proficient with technology and comfortable using various digital platforms to facilitate client counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

We desire candidates with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Your experience should demonstrate your capability to handle diverse mental health issues within a remote setting effectively. Previous experience in telehealth or virtual counseling is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your hard work will be compensated competitively, with annual salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, contingent upon hours worked and client caseload. We also offer a sign-on bonus, a weekly direct deposit system, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, supporting your overall well-being as you support your clients.
