Turret Forklift Operator - Pay Rate - $22/hr.

This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Turret Forklift Operator for our client to start at $22/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Our Distirbution Center customer in Monee is seeking a skilled Swing-Reach (Turret Truck) Operator for an immediate start. This role is designed for a confident driver capable of operating specialized equipment in a high-bay, very narrow aisle environment with minimal training. Beyond operating the lift, you will play a key role in order fulfillment, staging, and freight management.

• Precision Operation: Safely navigate swing-reach/turret equipment within very narrow aisles.

• Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, scan, and stage orders to ensure 100% accuracy.

• Logistics Support: Load/unload trailers and organize inbound and outbound shipments.

• Safety Leadership: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards.

• General Warehouse: Assist with material handling and various distribution tasks as needed.

  Location: Monee, IL
  Shift/Schedule: 2nd shift - 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of recent, hands-on Swing-Reach/Turret truck experience (Mandatory).

• Comfort at Height: Must be confident operating equipment at significant heights in high-bay racking.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency using RF scanners and digital warehouse management systems.

• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 lbs

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.

The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
