Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with various orthopedic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, while educating patients about their conditions and expected outcomes.
• Provide consulting services to fellow healthcare providers regarding patient care and progress, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the continuum of care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education opportunities.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the clinic's services and foster community relationships.
• Supervise and manage the activities of assigned support staff, ensuring they provide high-quality assistance in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will engage with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals with orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation needs, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
