Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify client needs and establish effective treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.

  Maintain an average caseload of 25 to 30 weekly client visits to support diverse client treatment needs.

  Generate and manage ongoing documentation including diagnostic assessments, progress notes, and treatment plan reviews in adherence to organizational policies.

  Foster a culture of excellent customer service by actively collaborating with clients, their families, and a range of healthcare professionals.

  Employ creative therapeutic interventions that inspire clients to achieve meaningful goals and promote positive mental health outcomes.

  Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive strategies in client care, actively supporting coordination with case managers, educational staff, and medical personnel.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various life challenges. The therapist will be equipped to offer tailored therapy services such as individual and family therapy, specialized programs targeting addiction recovery, and support for navigating interpersonal relationships and mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

  Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  Proficiency in the areas of family therapy, community resources, and mental health documentation.

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to clients, staff, and stakeholders.

  Proven experience in setting healthy boundaries and maintaining professional relationships with clients.

  Ability to successfully pass a background check as per organizational policies.

  The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
